Women’s 12 Week Glute Burner Program


This program will help transform your mindset towards training and teach you how to get the most out of your workouts.

This program consists of three different training blocks, the first (4 week block) is getting you used to the idea of being in the gym and getting familiar with the exercises that will be throughout the program and as well as working on technique.

The second (4 week block) will be aiming to push more weight and also up the high intensity sessions (HIIT).

The third and last (4 week block) is where it becomes the most intense leading up to the last two weeks of the program.

In the second last week, there is a tone down in the intensity and a little extra rest to be prepared for the final week to retest your strength and compare it to when you first began the program.
