500g Lean Mince/Chicken Breast.

100g Brown Rice/White Rice Cooked.

Can Blacked Beans

1-2 Avocado

1-2 Cherry Tomatoes

1 Packet of Taco/Burrito Seasoning

1 Onion Diced

Tsp of Oil



Corn Chips

Sour Cream

How To Cook:

1- Saucepan on high heat to boil water and to cook the brown rice, once boiling add Rice and time for 12 minutes or to your liking.

2- While that is cooking get a Frypan on medium heat with your oil to brown off the Onion & Mince, once Mince is browned now add your Seasoning & continue to mix through, after mixed through add the Can of blacked beans and continue to Mix.

3- While waiting dice up your cherry tomatoes and cut your avocado to your liking.

4- Once all is cooked add to a bowl/plate and Enjoy!!!!
